This class welcomes beginners and those who want to refresh or fortify their foundational dance skills while enhancing total body, mind and spirit wellness. It invites you to center yourself and flow in grace, as you strengthen your core and balance amid creative beauty. Together, the movement and guided meditation are excellent for poise, posture, alignment, flexibility, muscle tone, peace of mind and self-expression.
